Gabrielle, a fully certified STOTT PILATES Instructor since 2011 as well as an Instructor Trainer for Merrithew in STOTT PILATES, Total Barre, and CORE Athletic Conditioning and Performance Training since 2013, follows the contempory approach to the Pilates method in her workouts.
TRX
Suspension Training Workouts with the TRX provide both muscular and cardiovascular benefits that compliment any Pilates program. In our TRX workouts we Push, Pull, Rotate, Plank, Hinge, and Squat.
BARRE
Certified with Total Barre from Merrithew, our Barre classes follow the 11 segment format to make a full, total body workout that anyone can follow.
Welcome to My Daily Reform. I have put this site together for two reasons:
1) To help Pilates Instructors who are looking for inspiration, programming ideas, and a refresher of each exercise taught in your Pilates course.
2) For all levels of students who want to practice Pilates at home on their own time.
With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry I am proud to share mydailyreform.com with you. As an instructor trainer for Merrithew (STOTT PILATES, Total Barre, and CORE Athletic Conditioning) as well as a certified ACE Personal Trainer, certified Foundation Training Instructor, and studio owner, I want to share my knowledge with you.
I started my Pilates journey in 2007 with STOTT PILATES. From the first Matwork course I took, I fell in love with the precision of the movement, the discipline of the practice, and the artistic flow of cueing. During the years I have spent going through the STOTT PILATES instructor and instructor training program, I have trained with some of the best instructors in the industry. Seeing a need post course for new instructors to further their education and solidify what they have just learned, My Daily Reform was created.
This site is geared towards helping Pilates instructors create a clear path for new clients all the way through the advanced repertoire as well as creative ways to utilize Pilates principles on the equipment and mat. My Daily Reform is also student friendly with exercise programs to include Matwork, TRX, Pilates Equipment, and Barre. I am so excited to share my enthusiasm for movement with you. I hope you enjoy the site!
